Meet Lil’ Bertha – Seriously Super Heavy Duty!

Our Super Heavy Duty (SHD) Container Shelters meet and comply with AUS/NZS 1170.2:2011 wind load ratings (“C” cyclonic) 249kms p/h and to withstand New Zealand’s variable weather conditions. We insist on using fully hot dip galvanized and rolled, 76mm portals, 3.2mm gauge structural steel (graded Q235) portals, and Rip Stop, Heavy Duty, UV stabilized, 610gsm, PVC bonded covers – NOT 280gsm, polyethylene (PE) covers and nor are wire bracings required as with most others. When comparing our shelters please note the additional number of portals and purlins used which provide added strength, durability and of course safety. We truly believe there are no other products available that meet Container Shelters level of value, quality, serviceability, and longevity.

Featuring 5.50m high arch and 8 rolled structural steel, triple braced, portals and purlins of super strength, providing a total height of 8.090m (GP containers). Combining our highest level of specification with our industry-leading 610gsm, UV stabilized, Ripstop, PVC, bonded covers together with the best ratchet tensioning system, you’ll quickly discover that this is a significantly higher level of quality and durability.

Our end walls and half end panels are optional for all shelters and now feature mechanical wind-up/down doors – not just zips as with the others!

All of our products come with our industry leading 10 Year Warranty and complete, ready to assemble and include easy to read & follow comprehensive, assembly instructions.

Why would you risk buying any non-rated shelter or shed when a new Container Shelter costs less and will easily cope with the worst Kiwi weather event? We recommended our Super Heavy Duty range first for safety and usage in the Cook Strait region, Chatham Islands, Stewart Island, Fiji and the tropics. In fact, anywhere that has high wind velocity and even snow events when you require superior protection for your investments!
